Mission Location: Artesia, NM

Description:

CAMA-C deployed on a cell that initiated off the higher terrain and exhibited weak rotation as it moved eastward just north of Artesia, NM.  CAMA-C deployed on this storm.  Nothing of interest was observed visually.  All teams were ahead of the storm monitoring the updraft.  The initially well-defined updraft base became smaller with time.  No signs of low-level rotation were observed.  Significant outflow was observed by CAMA.  CAMC collocated with NOXP and CAMB collocated with UMASSX.
