LSC Northeast Kingdom Forecast Student Meteorologist: Timothy Studebaker Forecast Posted on Friday May 9, 2008 16:22 ** The latest forecast for Northeast** ** including Caledonia, Orleans, and Essex Counties** Forecast Discussion: An area of high pressure continues to dominate our weather, and it will stick around through the weekend. As a result, dry and mostly clear weather will be the name of the game through Sunday evening. High temperatures looks to be in the mid to upper 60’s during the day, with lows in the mid to upper 30’s at night for both Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, a low pressure system will pass by to the south. Currently, the chances of this low pressure system providing precipitation to the Northeast Kingdom are slim. Clouds on the other hand will indeed make their way to the area during the day on Monday. Because of these clouds, temperatures will struggle to warm beyond the upper 50’s on Monday.
