LSC Northeast Kingdom Forecast Student Meteorologist: Garrett D. Combs Forecast Posted on Monday Oct 12, 2009 12:13 ** The latest forecast for Northeastern Vermont ** ** including Caledonia, Orleans, and Essex Counties ** Forecast Discussion: The first full signs of Winter's approach are here and now in the Northeast. Monday, however, will not show any of this, as clear and sunny skies will rule the day, with temperatures still warm for this time of year. A batch of moisture over the Great Lakes will make its way into our region for Monday night into Tuesday, and with colder temperatures higher up in the atmosphere, there will be a mixture of snow with the pending rain showers.
