A closed low pressure center centered in Illinois will be moving into our area for Friday bringing a good shot of rain for the start of our weekend. Expect cold temperatures for the remainder of the week, with some warming before the storm unleashes its rain on us, leaving us with a Friday that will be rainy, raw, and unpleasant.
