LSC Northeast Kingdom Forecast Student Meteorologist: Garrett D. Combs Forecast Posted on Friday Mar 27, 2009 09:29 ** The latest forecast for Northeast** ** including Caledonia, Orleans, and Essex Counties** Forecast Discussion: Clear skies, warm temperatures, and wet weather will make this March weekend an interesting one for the Kingdom. Low pressure to our North has skirted off the coast, leaving just a few scattered showers and cloudy skies. These skies will open up by Friday evening under the influence of high pressure, leading to a clear overnight Friday and bright and sunny Saturday with temperatures reaching into the 50s. However, low pressure along the Gulf of Mexico will track along the Appalachians into the Ohio River Valley on Saturday, then into the Northeast, bringing us some widespread rainfall Sunday morning into the early afternoon, and continuing to linger around for the start of the work week.
