LSC Northeast Kingdom Forecast Student Meteorologist: Garrett D. Combs Forecast Posted on Friday Mar 13, 2009 08:35 ** The latest forecast for Northeast** ** including Caledonia, Orleans, and Essex Counties** Forecast Discussion: Clear skies and warm temperatures will be the weather headlines heading into this weekend. Look for area after area of high pressure to track along the Appalachian Mountains, bringing us nothing but blue skies and light Southwest winds. The remnants of this week's colder air will hang around for one more night, causing Friday night's temperatures to dip into the single digits. This would be the perfect weekend for some outdoors activities, such as some Spring cleaning around the house or breaking out the ball and glove in a park as, by Saturday, we should definitely reach the mid to upper 30s, even getting into the 40s in some parts of the area for both Saturday and Sunday.
