LSC Northeast Kingdom Forecast Student Meteorologist: Garrett D. Combs Forecast Posted on Friday Mar 6, 2009 10:38 ** The latest forecast for Northeast** ** including Caledonia, Orleans, and Essex Counties** Forecast Discussion: Seasonable temperatures and widespread precipitation will be the headlines for this weekend.
