** including Caledonia, Orleans, and Essex Counties**

Forecast Discussion:
After a couple of midweek days filled with sunshine, the high pressure
responsible for the nice weather will be replaced by an brief unsettled pattern
that will plague the Kingdom through this early this weekend. Moist, southerly
flow will develop tonight into tomorrow as a warm front approaches from the
southwest. A well organized batch of steady rainfall will move in tonight and
lingering showers will persist throughout the day on Friday. A cold front will
then move through Friday night and this will give way to mostly cloudy skies to
start Saturday followed by increasing sunshine in the afternoon. Keep in mind
there is an elevated fire danger this afternoon as winds will be gusty with dry
conditions.


Thursday Afternoon (Apr 30, 2009)
Sunshine with increasing high cloudiness throughout the afternoon. South winds
5-10 mph with higher gusts.

High: 67-72F  Low: F 

Thursday Night (Apr 30, 2009)
Becoming cloudy with a steady rainfall throughout the night. South wind around
10 mph with higher gusts in the evening. New rainfall amounts around one half
inch.

High: F  Low: 39-44F 

Friday  (May 01, 2009)
Cloudy with widespread showers by the afternoon. Gusty south to southwest wind
around 10 mph. New rainfall amounts ranging from one quarter to one half inch.

High: 63-68F  Low: F 

Friday Night (May 01, 2009)
Widespread showers in the evening becoming more intermittent overnight. West
wind around 10 mph.

High: F  Low: 42-47F 

Saturday  (May 02, 2009)
Some clouds and even a stray shower early in the morning will give way to
increasing sunshine by the afternoon.

High: 56-61F  Low: F
