Russ Murley, Operations Manager for Precision Weather Service and 1986 LSC graduate will discuss the past 23 years working in the field of private meteorology and his current duties as Operation Manager.

Precision Weather Service is a unique company that operates from several offices throughout the US with their primary headquarters in Portland, Maine and Syracuse, New York. The company continues to grow their client base around the world including radio & TV broadcasting, department of public works, transportation, ski areas, utilities, and even the Hollywood movie industry. For radio broadcasting, you can hear them on radio stations from St. John’s, Newfoundland to West Palm Beach, Florida.

Mr. Murley will talk about the technology they use and the niche opportunities they pursue followed by a question and answer period.
