The Lyndon State College Student Chapter of the AMS and NWA has been recognized by the American Meteorological Society by being named an "Honor Roll" Chapter for 2008-2009. The award was given to the club because of the outstanding accomplishments that members work together to achieve. The club was especially recognized because of the improvements and additions to club activities over the past year. Lyndon State College is no stranger to the Honor Roll; in the past decade, the club has achieved this status seven times. Congratulations and thanks for all the hard work!
